Insurance

After becoming a HealthLock Plus member, you’ll be prompted to sync your account with your current health insurance provider. To complete this step, you’ll need to have an existing online account with your insurer, as you’ll be asked to enter your login credentials. If you haven’t set one up yet, you can typically do so on your insurance provider’s website.

While you can skip syncing and manually upload medical bills into the system, syncing automates the entire process—ensuring your claims are monitored in real time without any extra effort.

If your insurance provider isn’t listed on our Carrier List page, you can request that it be added by filling out a short form. Our team will contact the carrier and typically complete the integration within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, it may take a few extra days depending on the provider’s systems—but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Yes. HealthLock Plus can sync with your medical, dental, and vision insurance plans—helping you monitor all types of healthcare claims and avoid overbilling across the board.

Yes. HealthLock Plus syncs with Medicare, giving you a simple, organized way to view your healthcare documents all in one place. You can track doctor visits, prescriptions, and bills—automatically sorted by date. If something looks wrong, HealthLock will alert you right away.

To sync with Medicare, you’ll need an online account at Medicare.gov. If you don’t have one yet, you can create it by visiting their website. Once you’ve joined HealthLock Plus, just enter your Medicare username and password to connect your plan and start monitoring your claims, bills, deductibles, and more.

No problem. HealthLock Plus allows you to sync with multiple insurance carriers under a single membership. If your household has different providers, you can connect each one—as long as you have an online account set up with each insurance company. When you're ready to sync, you'll simply enter the login credentials for each provider.

You’ll also have the option to sync key personal details, such as your Social Security number, driver’s license, or passport, to activate full identity protection and breach monitoring.

Yes.  There is no long-term commitment when you become a member, so you can cancel your membership anytime you wish.  We offer both monthly and yearly subscriptions, so you can choose which option works best for you.

If you're not satisfied with HealthLock Plus within the first 60 days of your membership, we’ll refund 100% of your monthly or annual membership fee and cancel your account—no questions asked. The 60-day period begins on the day your credit card is first charged.

Yes—one HealthLock Plus membership covers everyone in your household. This includes your spouse, children, and even parents living at the same address. If you're caring for an aging parent who lives with you, they may be eligible for coverage at no additional cost. We recommend checking with customer service to confirm eligibility.

If your family uses more than one health insurance provider, your member account can be synced with all applicable carriers.

You’ll also receive a personalized Medical Privacy Risk Score, which helps you understand your current exposure based on multiple risk factors.

HealthLock Plus offers two distinct layers of protection:

  • Medical Claims Monitoring automatically scans your insurance claims for billing errors, duplicate charges, and denied claims.
  • Identity Protection is a separate feature that monitors the dark web, data breaches, and known fraud networks to detect if your personal information is being misused—such as your Social Security number, driver's license, or email address.

While claims monitoring helps you catch financial errors in your healthcare bills, identity protection helps guard your sensitive information from theft and fraud.

HealthLock Plus continuously scans global threat databases, breach networks, and the dark web for signs that your personal data has been exposed or misused. If any of your information is compromised, you’ll receive real-time alerts, giving you the opportunity to act quickly and reduce the risk of full-blown identity theft.

The more personal details you choose to enter—such as your Social Security number, driver’s license, passport number, email addresses, phone numbers, gamer tags, and more—the more comprehensive your protection becomes.

You can access identity protection features through the "Security Center" or "Identity Protection" tab in your HealthLock Plus dashboard. From there, you can securely enter the personal information you'd like monitored, including:

  • Email addresses
  • Gamer tags and usernames
